I visited Salt Restaurant to explore their three-course menu.
During the FoodLover Restaurants Week from February 13th to 23rd, Salt offers a special 3-course menu for €30:
Brandy-Blanched Chicken Hearts – Spicy creamy sauce with parsley-lemon brioche crouton
Thai Spicy Mussels – Coconut-tomato sauce with ginger, chili, and coriander
Chocolate Ganache – Rich and velvety, perfect for dark chocolate lovers
Menu & Review
✔ Brandy-blanched chicken hearts – I was a bit unsure of what to expect from this dish, as chicken hearts have always reminded me of a homestyle meal from childhood. But I was pleasantly surprised – the flavors were completely fresh and new! The chili and lemon sauce gave the dish a spicy kick that was absolutely mouthwatering. I can definitely recommend it!

✔ Thai-style spicy mussels – This is the kind of dish where you get to dig in and search for little bites in each shell 😋. The broth was simply amazing – the balance of chili and lime added a lovely zing, while the coconut’s smoothness was clearly present in the background. If you enjoy spicy food, this dish is made for you! And the best part – the house-made ciabatta, perfect for dipping into that delicious sauce, was a wonderful addition.

✔ Chocolate ganache – A perfect choice for true dark chocolate lovers! Rich, velvety, and full of deep chocolate flavor – the ideal way to end a spicy dining experience.

Salt Restaurant offers very friendly service and flavors that leave a lasting impression. Since it’s a small restaurant with an open kitchen, I definitely recommend booking a table in advance – this is the kind of place you’ll want to visit, and then come back to again!
