Daisy Järvi – From the Culinary World to the Marketing World
I’m an entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Yes, that means I’ve scrubbed soup pots, crafted menus, and fried up business ideas in the same pan. I hold a diploma in HR management and a certified chef’s qualification – so I’m just as comfortable running a kitchen as I am leading a team (and sometimes doing both at once 😉).
Before starting my own companies, I worked in a wide range of places – from small kitchens to large hotels, from catering gigs to festive banquets. Thanks to this, I know what it means when the fries are ready before the main course (spoiler: it’s not a good thing). Food and everything surrounding it is still close to my heart – honestly, I couldn’t imagine life without it.
Today, I organize Restaurant Weeks and manage social media and marketing on a daily basis – sometimes more than my phone battery can handle 😃.
